Southwest Patrol employs officers who exhibit a professional attitude, good work habits, trustworthiness and dependable. Officers go through a rigid employee screening process that involves finger printing, interviews with former employers and personal references and a background investigation including California State Guard License status, DMV report and a FBI criminal background check.
Our Field Supervisors take an active part in the assigning the proper Officer for your location, taking into account their training, experience, and special skills or certifications you may require such as a bilingual or armed officer.
To increase our effectiveness in protecting you and your property each Officer is supplied with a digital, two-way radio for the immediate dispatch of local law enforcement, paramedics, fire and facilities maintenance personnel.
