Term of Use

Southwest Patrol – Terms of Service

(Applicable to City of Lynwood Facility Rentals and Security Assignments)

1. Payment Terms

All payments are due in full upon form submission. Security guard services will not be confirmed or scheduled until payment has been successfully processed. Accepted forms of payment include credit or debit cards through our secure Stripe platform.

2. Refund Policy

All payments are final within 30 days of the scheduled event date. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event are non-refundable. Any approved date or schedule adjustments must be requested in writing and are subject to management approval based on availability.

3. Schedule Changes and Adjustments

Requests to modify guard hours, event dates, or the number of guards must be submitted in writing at least thirty (30) business days before the scheduled event. Adjustments are subject to staffing availability and may result in additional charges.

4. Service Provision

Southwest Patrol provides licensed and trained security personnel in accordance with state and local requirements. Services are limited to the duration, location, and purpose outlined in the submitted form and confirmed assignment.

5. Liability Disclaimer

Southwest Patrol provides licensed and trained security personnel upon request from the client. While every reasonable effort will be made to maintain a safe environment, Southwest Patrol assumes no liability for injury, loss, theft, property damage, or other incidents occurring before, during, or after the event.
The renter or event organizer retains full responsibility for the conduct of guests and event participants, and for overall event safety.

6. Event Conduct

Security personnel will perform duties as instructed by Southwest Patrol and are not responsible for event management, guest coordination, or enforcement of facility contracts beyond their assigned security role. Southwest Patrol reserves the right to remove or replace guards if unsafe or non-compliant conditions are observed.

7. Authorization and Agreement

By submitting this form and completing payment, the renter acknowledges that they are authorized to contract for security services on behalf of the represented organization or individual. Submission of the form constitutes acceptance of all terms and policies stated herein.
